This Victorian property is located just behind the iconic Abbey Road Studios on Alma Square. Following planning approval, Hatch delivered a full refurbishment including lower ground floor extension, alongside the team at Mallett. We carefully managed structural works to create a large, open-plan living space while improving flow throughout the property. Upper floors were restored and refined, with particular focus on the master suite. Bespoke joinery and metalwork were executed to a high level, ensuring each space met both functional and aesthetic requirements.
