Hatch delivered the full renovation of this Georgian townhouse just off Kings Road, Chelsea. Working in close coordination with the architect, client and Mallett, we managed the rear extension and basement excavation to maximise the property’s footprint, while maintaining clarity of layout throughout. We introduced walk-on rooflights and a glazed rear extension to bring natural light into the lower ground floor. Key elements include a vaulted ceiling with a retractable roof, bespoke joinery, and detailed stonework, all executed to a consistent standard.
