Hatch was appointed to assemble and lead a specialist team for the full renovation of this multi-dwelling countryside estate. The project required a coordinated approach across three separate properties, balancing a unified design with the distinct character of each building. Alongside the restoration of traditional features, we oversaw the integration of contemporary amenities, including a cinema, gym, and formal entertaining spaces. Through structured delivery and close collaboration, the estate has been redefined as a cohesive, high-functioning residential environment.
